- 5:00 PM – Spoetzl Brewery Cantina opens, Cocktails at Cantina Bar & Hors d’oeuvres served, Musical Entertainment by Classical Spanish Guitarist Robert Harding
- 6:00-7:30 PM – Dinner Buffet, Catering By Don Strange of Texas
- 5:00-7:15 PM – Silent Auction in the Cantina tent, Photos with Texas Longhorn “Tumbleweed”
- 7:20 PM – Welcome by CTHM Chair Robert Oliver and Event Co-Chairs, Master of Ceremonies — Former Texas Governor Mark White
- 7:30 PM – Live Auction with Master Auctioneer Joe Adams
- 9:00-11:00 PM – Dance with Boot-scootin’ Musical Entertainment by Dale Watson
